Leila's Lodge Senior Rooming Home

Leila's Lodge is an established, well-respected turnkey business. The entire home was gutted and renovated in 2017, including a new septic and drilled well. The Home rooms 6 seniors on the main floor and has a private 2-bedroom and bath on the second floor for the owners. One of the bedrooms on the second floor could easily be used to take 2 additional seniors. Our seniors are relatively independent and like to help with daily tasks. No specific education or license s required to operate the Lodge but a knowledge or experience of caring for seniors would be very beneficial. Current owners will train the buyer and will continue to volunteer, if needed. There is a respite worker who comes for a few days twice a month should the new owner want to keep her.
